To generate and deliver your personalized wedding speech, we collect the information you provide: your email address, your wedding date, the couple’s names, and your answers to our questionnaire (your role, how long you have known them, a few words describing them, and a memorable memory), along with the tone you select.

We also store the speech drafts generated for you, basic usage data such as device and browser type, and limited analytics about how you interact with the site.

Payment information is processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

We use your information to generate and refine your speech, to email your completed speech to you, to process premium upgrades, to provide support, and to improve the quality of our service.

We may also send occasional account-related updates. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time.

Your questionnaire answers are sent to third-party AI providers in order to generate your speech drafts. We instruct these providers to process your data solely to produce your speech and not to retain it for their own purposes beyond what is necessary.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure site traffic. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: our payment processor (Stripe), our email delivery provider, our AI generation provider, and analytics tools—each under terms that require them to protect your data.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

Wedding Speeches Easy is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will remove it.
